Requirements

Flat area approx. 2.5 m × 2.5 m (grass, patio or decking)
Outdoor cold-water tap & hose (customer to supply)
Standard outdoor plug (13 A) within 10–15 m
Clear access path: min 80 cm wide × 200 cm high (straight or workable turns)

Domestic radius: ~20 miles from B72. Over 20 miles: £2.20 per mile (guideline, confirmed on booking).

Usually 45–60 minutes for placement and setup, then filling. Heating to target temperature can take several hours depending on the starting water temperature and weather.

No payment is taken at booking. We confirm availability and you pay on delivery. If you’re more than ~20 miles from B72, a delivery charge of £2.20 per mile beyond 20 miles applies.

No — please supply your own hose connected to an outdoor cold-water tap. We’ll advise on filling and water treatment.

A clear route to the setup area with minimum 80 cm width and 200 cm height. Please tell us about tight corners, steps or obstacles.

RL Cosy 4: up to 4 • RL Social 5+: 5–6 • RL Luxe 2+4: 6 (two loungers + four seats). For comfort, stay within these numbers.

Grass, patio or sturdy decking are fine if the surface is flat and level. We don’t recommend placing tubs indoors unless there’s suitable ventilation and drainage.

We drain the tub at pickup and can discharge to a suitable outside area or drain—please point us to a safe place for the water to go.
