I have never dealt with this company before but having been let down by current company I have nothing but the highest praise as I was dealt with swiftly and an engineer was here within a day and was extremely helpful as well as professional in his work It’s rare to come across so much good and I would be thrilled to recommend them to anyone

Had a heat pump installed on my hot tub. From the first enquiry to agreeing the installation communication was excellent, questions answered and information sent to me when requested. Installation date was little over a week from agreement and completed on the agreed date. The installation of the additional pump and pipework was explained in terms of where it would be located in the cabinet as was the siting of the pump itself. When it was completed I was helped to set up the app to control the pump and shown the controls and the team stayed until it was all up and running and I was happy. The area around the hot tub was left clean and tidy and they even took away the rubbish and packaging. I have been using the heat pump for less than 48 hours and already seeing a massive reduction in cost to heat the water and it is amazing quick with a significant reduction of electricity use - I wish I had sorted this out much earlier in my hot tub journey! In terms of recommending RL Spa, I can do this with absolutley no hesitation whatsoever - the service has been superb and the recommended heat pump (Ecospaheat 9kw) very quiet and efficient and all at a very reasonable cost

We’ve been hiring hot tubs for over 15 years and used RL Spa for the first time. By far, they are the best company we’ve used. Lovely hot tub and support on hand if needed during the hire period. We’ll definitely be using them again. Thanks to all at RL Spa

I can’t fault the service. Lindi was very efficient and the hot tub was as described. It was our first time hiring a hot tub, so was dubious about it, but we needn’t have worried. We had a wonderful time over the Christmas period enjoying the experience. I can highly recommend RL Spa and would definitely be hiring from them again.

It's nice that there are still companies out there that respond to your enquiry. Turn up on time, knowledgeable engineer, and then fix the issue at a good price. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.
